A comprehensive digital transformation for a luxury automotive modification brand spanning year-long content strategy and rapid e-commerce platform migration.
The project addressed EnKahnz's stagnant social media presence across 6 pages through a 12-month content overhaul, repositioning the brand with strategic short-form videos featuring clear hooks and viewer intent. Simultaneously, a 3-month e-commerce transformation migrated the brand from WordPress to Shopify with a minimal yet impactful UI design that improved site speed, image quality, and overall user experience.
Challanges
Transforming long-form, outdated content into engaging short-form videos while completely overhauling an underperforming e-commerce platform.
The main challenges were breaking away from ineffective long vlog-style videos that lacked hooks and viewer engagement, and replacing a slow WordPress site with low-resolution images that provided a poor browsing experience. The luxury automotive modification space had proven social media potential, but required strategic scripting, precise editing, and a seamless shopping experience to convert the existing 250k+ follower base into active customers.
